What are the signs and symptoms of poor health?

First signs of any ill health are functional disturbances, such as disruption in appetite, digestion, sleep, emotional tolerance or state, memory etc. When ignored, it will likely appear physically in a person. Most under this category will not find much by going through a regular check up until it physically manifest.
You should seek therapy if you are under constant medication, you are told that everything is alright but somehow your body feels different, and you haven’t been avoiding regular health check-up for awhile.

How can we prevent ill health before it happens?
